3. Shipping & Delivery

We will make every effort to ship your order promptly.  Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.  We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once handed over to the shipping provider.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item contents arrive damaged or incorrect.  If this occurs, please contact use within 3 days of receiving your order for a replacement or a store credit.   

5. Product Information

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing and images; however, we cannot guarantee that colors, details or descriptions will always be error-free or match perfectly with the actual product.
